I'm looking to sublet my room in Williamsburg. It's a 4min walk to the L Graham Stop and it's Rent Stabilized.

The neighborhood is super chill with friendly people and there are plenty of good food spots near the apartment. There are also pretty good options for groceries as well.

The apartment itself is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building. It's a 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 floors. You'll be taking over one of the bedrooms on the 4th floor and will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. There are two shared living spaces and a spacious balcony as well. There's a dishwasher in the unit and laundry in the building.

The bedroom has a ton of natural lighting and can fit a full or queen size bed with room leftover to have a desk.

I'm pretty easy going myself and I work in advertising. I've recently moved to Manhattan so I'm trying to sublet my current room.

As for the two roommates, they're both very easy to live with and kind.

The roommate you'll be sharing the floor with works in marketing and is remote two or three times a week. He's got a great sense of humor and is always down to help out if anything is needed.

The other roommate who lives upstairs is very easy going and keeps to himself most of the time. Also down to help out if anything is needed.

Ideally I'm looking for someone that's pretty clean, easy to live with, and vibes with the current roommates in the apartment.
