Offering our quaint, rustic cottage (900 sq ft) with two furnished bedrooms, a small loft/play/sleeping area, open kitchen & dining room, and front deck. The cottage sits on two acres with old growth trees and a big garden, all in walking distance to Cooper Lake reservoir and a 5 minute drive to the center of Woodstock. Grill and open fire pit are available on the stone patio.

Price includes water, propane, internet and basic tv/cable, lawn and home maintenance, washer/dryer, dump access, etc. Electric/heat & snow removal not included.

Dates are Oct 1 -May 1 with some flexibility in start and end dates, but strong preference for someone taking it for the entire period.
