Studio Share Available – Bendix Building, Downtown LA

I’m a painter with a large, bright, well-lit studio in the Bendix Building (DTLA) and am looking for someone interested in using the space during evenings (after 5pm) and weekends.

The ideal person would have a low footprint and be looking for a quiet, inspiring space to write, work, or create during off-hours.

My schedule:
I use the studio Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Space is available after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Amenities include:
Small kitchen area + fridge
Window AC + UV blinds
Natural light throughout
Use of a water rowing machine (if interested!)
