Hello! I am looking for a sublet for the month of June. I'm visiting to take a workshop/ teacher training in Brooklyn, NY. Seeking short term, furnished and preferably in or around Clinton Hill/Crown Heights. Price range $2000 but for the right set up and situation I can be flexible with my budget. Hoping to find a space with utilities, wifi and near transportation. I am a very tidy and clean person so looking for a space that will fit that!

I will mainly spend the majority of my time in class Monday- Friday 11am- 5pm so really looking for reliable and clean home to come to sleep. Concrete dates I will need housing is from June 7th-June 28th!

A little about me! I am She/Her working artist and excited to come to the city for a professional theater training. I currently work in Los Angeles as a full time Fit model and Actor. I also work as a Reiki master practitioner so whatever space I'm in I take great care and consideration in. I am a very creative person so I stay very busy with all my hobbies such as painting, rollerskating and gardening. I currently am studying Brazilian Portuguese and I am certified in California native gardening. I have two small dogs in Los Angeles (who will NOT be joining me) but if you have any pets that need care, I would be thrilled to help. I used to live in NYC for 7 years so I'm very familiar with the lifestyle and I am excited to revisit the city this summer.

I am seeking this space to have a harmonious place to be while I expand my studies in classical clown/theater work. I am studying to be a teacher so having a quiet and peaceful space to come home to would be appreciated while on this journey.
