Hi there! I’m a Mexican-American Film & TV Writer from Chicago, now based in Los Angeles, though I’m currently in NYC for work. Right now, I’m the Writers’ Assistant on an upcoming CBS/Universal/Wolf Ent. drama series.
I’ve been in the city since the beginning of August for the writers’ room and production, and I’ll be heading back to LA briefly at the end of the month—after we shoot the pilot—for my birthday with my fiancé and our two cats. When I return in October (and possibly November), I’m looking to lock down a cozy home base.
*What I’m Looking For:*
Month-to-month or open-ended sublet (furnished; shared or full apartment both work).
Budget: $800–$1,500/month (context dependent).
Neighborhoods: Anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn within a reasonable commute to Chelsea and Greenpoint (under an hour).
Bonus: if you need someone to watch your cat in exchange for staying, that’s ideal!
Weekdays, I’m usually in the writers’ room in Chelsea, the production office in Greenpoint, or working from home.
If you have (or know of) a welcoming spot that might be a fit, please reach out.
Thankya!

I'm engaged and proud cat dad to two. I'm an Army veteran. I studied Creative Writing at Illinois State University. My evenings are pretty low-key—working out, reading, writing, or catching a movie, so weekends usually consist mostly of exploring the city, and hitting up the nearby AMC.
