Hi there! My family are relocating from upstate New York and are seeking a short term sublet in a family friendly, walkable neighbourhood in NYC between October 13-29 (with some flexibility for the start date.)

Furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartments in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, UES or UWS with proximity to a park and subway preferred. Must be able to accommodate a quiet, well-behaved and certified service dog in addition to our toddler, and happy to pay an additional cleaning fee if necessary. Can provide references from past Air B & B stays and/or letter from current landlord.

I am a published writer, editor and educator currently based in upstate New York. Originally from Sydney, Australia, my husband and I lived in Brooklyn for 9 years before relocating to the Hudson Valley after our baby was born. My interests include literature, cooking, and spending time at home with my family.

My family are moving back to Australia at the end of the year and we would like to spend a few weeks in New York City to be closer to friends and everything the city has to offer while our belongings are packed and shipped.
