Hi! I'm Malena - a playwright based in Austin, Texas.
I'll be in New York Sept 12-28th to workshop a project and I am looking for a short term sublet during that period.
Ideally, I'm looking for a full apartment in Central or South Brooklyn (preferably Clinton Hill, Park Slope) but I'm flexible in terms of location and apartment layout.
My budget is approximately $500 week.
The space must have a desk!
I'm a femme non smoker in my 30s. I lived in New York for eight years before moving to Austin.
I'll be pretty focused while I'm there so I'm just looking for a calm beautiful space to call home.
