Hi all! We moved to Portland, OR 4 years ago and we love it here. We are planning to move back to NYC to be closer to family again.

Are you someone who wants to try out Portland, OR and wants to swap homes with us for a year? We live in a wonderful neighborhood on the border of SE/NE near a great school, and amazing parks. I can say so much more, but I'll start with this general ask to see if anyone is interested in the possibility of a home swap.

We came from Brooklyn and would be great to go back there, but really open to talking about other NYC areas, too.

We are a couple in our 40s with a 7 year old kid. One of us is in theater, another in tech, and the 7 year old is in school. We are sad to leave Portland but looking for the most seamless way to get closer to family and are hoping to find a place to swap so we can cut out some of the steps of this big move. We are open to leaving the place furnished or empty. We are also flexible on the timing.

Our ideal swap has at least 3BR (though we are open to 2BR) and ideally has some proximity to green space.
