Hello! I am a scientist relocating to the Ridgefield, CT/upper Westchester from NYC in May to start a new job. I am looking for a spacious studio or 1 BR for me, my two cats, and a few plants. I am a tidy, quiet and respectful tenant that is looking for a longterm rental to call home for 1 year+.

Budget: $1,500 to $2,100 per month, all-in. I can provide proof of funds and references.

Preferences: A bright, spacious studio or 1 BR with a full kitchen (oven, stove, fridge). It would be nice to have laundry on-site and a dishwasher if possible. I am seeking an unfurnished space.

Location: Ridgefield, CT or upper Westchester County off of the Harlem line (Pleasantville, Mount Kisco, Katonah, Bedford)

I'm looking for a 1 year lease starting mid-April to May 1st (with some flexibility) depending on the availability of the space.
