You'll be sharing a huge three bedroom apartment in a two-decker on a quiet street (near the corner of 27th St./30 Ave.).

You will have TONS of space and privacy. The layout of the apartment is like having your own one bedroom apartment for hundreds of dollars less.

Here's what you get:
1. Your own sunny living room and bedroom.The dimensions of the entire space are 30X15. That's 450' of personal space! There's a sliding door between the big living room and good sized bedroom area, so it's actually two rooms of your own. There is also a big closet.
2. Big, bright, sunny eat-in kitchen (shared).
3. Heat is included in the rent (this is a BIG savings in the winter months). We share the electric and cable/wifi costs.

4. Total peace and quiet and a great positive vibe!

We're looking for a long-term apartment-mate. So please don't reply unless you know you’ll be staying at least a year.

The landlord requires that you supply a credit report.
