I'm a professor (they/them) at a nearby college where I've taught for 20 years. This is my apartment I've had for two years. I am available to show the apartment. I find the location really good for trains into Manhattan. I also have a car and find parking to be a lot easier in this neighborhood than in others where I've lived. The nearby stores and delis tend to close by 10PM in this neighborhood. It is very residential and close to a public library and well-appointed playground, basketball and handball courts.
