Listings Project x Thriving Horizons Circles

By Stephanie Diamond
June 11, 2025

We're partnering with the Collective Acceleration Network to create a special Listings Project "Thriving Futures Circle". These virtual circles are designed to help us explore the essential elements of thriving in our community and beyond.

Have you ever paused to imagine what a truly thriving future could look like, not just next year, but even 150 years from now?

In the Thriving Futures Circles, you'll get to connect with fellow Listers, share your unique perspectives, and contribute to a shared vision for a thriving future.

Space for each virtual circle is limited to just 30 participants, so please secure your spot quickly. Please note that attendees can register for one circle only to ensure as many folks as possible have a chance to participate.

Our Facilitators & Host

Tannia Esparza (she/Ella/they/elle) is a Queer Xicanx Indigenx who grew up in Chumash People’s land in santa barara, ca and is grateful to have found home in the high desert mountains in Tiwa and Tewa People's Lands in New Mexico. Tannia is proud to come from a migrant family of brave, persistent matriarchs, who have lived in the Tlayutla Valley in Central Mexico for generations.

Tannia is a storyteller, facilitator, doula, certified healing centered coach and founder of GiraSol Descendants, a beloved community making project, offering storytelling as a practice for building the world we need and deeply desire. Tannia offers a storytelling approach to organizational vision, strategy and development, facilitation, coaching and program design.

She has been growing alongside social justice movements for over 18 years working at the intersections of reproductive, gender and racial justice, and Queer liberation. Tannia previously served as the Executive Director at Bold Futures (formerly Young Women United), a New Mexico based reproductive justice organization led by BIPOC, where she made room for more people to strategize, shift power and narratives to ensure people in New Mexico could continue making real decisions about our own bodies and lives. She is happy to serve as a board member at The Center for Whole Communities and The Astrea Foundation.

Tannia was shown the way of stories as a quiet, intuitive child who learned to listen and notice as safety keeping, grew to love offering and receiving stories through community based theatre and later with the teachings of Norma Wong, learned that the stories entrusted to all of us are the courage we can lean on to make the future possible in collaboration with our collective ancestors and descendants.

ML DANIEL (she/her/we) is the Founder, Spiritual Alchemy. In a world where connection to wholeness and spirit needs reinforcement, ML’s calling is unique, powerful, and vitally needed. Working from the principle that everyone has a connection to Spirit, ML serves as an alchemist and guide to help create conditions so seekers of Spirit can name, reconnect to, and expand their own deep “knowing” of Spirit, for the benefit of themselves and community. Through her work, ML skillfully challenges seekers to explore and practice aligning their spirituality, values, vision and purpose with their choices in the places where it matters the most.

Drawing from her 30+ years of skills and experience as an attorney, ordained minister, business owner, speaker, and facilitator, ML is dedicated to working with organizations and individuals from a broad scope of industries who seek to be more effective in bringing wholeness into their work and lives

Aparna co-founded the reset project and Until We Are All Free , co-created WeGovern , and has worked to advance the self-determination and reproductive justice of women, people of color, and queer communities.

Aparna sits on the Boards of 18 Million Rising and Orange County Civic Engagement Table Action, and holds a Master of Health Sciences degree from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
