I’m looking for a reliable, clean and respectful subletter for my clean and modern, 800-sqft 1.5 BR apartment near Clinton and Lafayette Aves in Clinton Hill / Fort Greene. There’s a large bedroom with queen-sized bed and a smaller room with a desk + sofa bed (great as a wfh office).

Building has an elevator and the apartment has tree-lined window views. Laundry is in the building (not in the apartment).

Rent includes bills (WiFi, electricity, gas, etc).

Located on a quiet residential street between main business avenues (Dekalb, Fulton, Myrtle) that are filled with amazing restaurants, bars, shops, playgrounds, plus Fort Greene Park, and 20-min walk to Barclays Center.

Near lots of transportation: G/C subways; 15-min walk to Atlantic Terminal (LIRR, most subways) so you can get to Greenpoint/Williamsburg in 20 min and lower + midtown Manhattan within 30-45 min.

Dates I'll be away are May 1 - May 31 but I can be flexible if your dates vary.

I have lived in Fort Greene / Clinton Hill for 20 years and in this apartment for 5 years. I’m clean, thoughtful, and have put in a lot of love into the space. I’m very neighborly and love my building community, so it’s important to me to find someone who cares about the same and is respectful to neighbors in my building and in general. I frequent many of the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and love going to Barclays Center for sports + concerts.
