Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of closet/storage space!! Truly a gem of an apartment at 1100 sq ft.
The building has doormen, on-site staff, elevators, kids playroom, zen room, brand new gym and a massive shared rooftop with beautiful 360 views of the city. The building has a grocery store at the base of the building (Brooklyn Fare), is two blocks from the West Side Highway, across the street from the Path station, 7 minute walk from the 1 train and surrounded by schools - the neighborhood doesn’t get better.

Husband and wife living in this unit for the past 5 years. We are relocating back to the Midwest for work and it’s VERY bittersweet (and sad) to have to leave NYC and this apartment.
We absolutely love the doormen and porters at the Archive and are equally as sad to say goodbye to the guys! We’ve kept this apartment in great condition and get repairs/replacements on things as they come up.
We’re looking for a sublet from December 1, 2025 - February 1, 2026 (lease end) however, you’ll have the option to sign a new 12 month lease at lease end. New tenant will have to take the unit as-is (meaning the building won’t come in and do a ‘refresh’ as they do for new move-ins. That said, you can submit any and all repairs or replacements needed through the building portal and the handymen generally will fix day of.
Pets allowed under 75 pounds (I believe there’s flexibility on the weight).
