Current roommates(1F, 1M) are in their late 20s, quiet and respectful of common spaces, working in product and marketing (hybrid). We share a friendly environment, and sometimes watch a movie, hang out for tea/ wine in the common spaces. Looking for someone, hopefully with a hybrid work environment, who likes to be out and about in the city and quiet at home. We are not big on parties in the house to be respectful of everyone’s privacy. Moving between 15th and 31st March. $750 lease transfer fee.

Hi! I’m Vivi. I work in tech and have truly loved living in this space. I’m relocating for a new job, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I’ve kept the apartment clean, respectful, and easygoing, and it’s been a really comfortable home. Outside of work, I enjoy art, travel, and exploring the city, as well as using the swimming pool and gym in the building. I’ve really appreciated the calm, positive vibe here, it’s a building with a great sense of community.
