We are looking for someone to take over our lease for September 1 - December 31, with the option to renew for a one or two year lease starting January 1.
We have loved living here for five years! It’s a 5th floor apartment in a rent stabilized, prewar, elevator building. The apartment has a spacious living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with new(ish) appliances, and 3 closets.
You’re a block from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in one direction and happening Franklin Avenue in the other. The block itself is quiet (across from a school) and neighbors are great.

We are a couple of academics in our mid 30s with an infant son (moving to get him his own room!)
