Sadly, our roommates Nick and Alex are moving out so we have a room available in our cozy three-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg!

We are on the lookout for good energy humans who would ideally be using the room as a secondary home or a crash-pad - the couple moving out used it a few times a month as their city crash-pad and it was a great situation.

The room can be partly furnished (someof the furniture in the pictures can be purchased), and it faces a faraway Manhattan skyline. It gets some magic sunset light too :)

The apartment has two floors, it’s quite spacious for New York standards, with lots of natural light in all rooms, including the bathroom. The bedrooms are on one floor and there’s a great living room area on the second floor. Upstairs has always been our happy place for family style dinners, reading, and quiet cozy nights in.

We’re less than a block from the L and G train Lorimer/Metropolitan stop and a short 10 min walk to JMZ Hewes stop.

About This Lister

A little bit about us:

Austen & Avi: 29 y/o film editor and 26 y/o producer - we're a couple! We've been living at the apartment for 6 years and it’s the best place we've ever lived, hands down. We're pretty easygoing with most things, but we do like to keep the apt clean and quiet (with exceptions made for good music). We travel quite a bit and love coming home to this special place.

Brandon: 35 y/o product designer at a startup. I live abroad about half the year and use my room as a home base. It’s such a nice space to come back to. I like to keep it clean and calm, and when I’m home I’m usually working or relaxing in my room. But I’ll definitely poke my head out if I smell something delicious cooking in the kitchen :)
