The room faces the street and it's unfurnished. The room measure 9x10. Wardrobes are provided. Washing machine and dishwasher available. The apartment is very bright and located a few steps from the J Kosciuszko metro station.

About This Lister

I am 41 years old, Italian, and have been living in New York for a year. I work as a producer for a fashion agency, I am a private chef, I take photos, and I manage a few DJs. I spend most of my time away from home, except for weekday evenings, which I love to spend at home, cooking and watching a movie. On weekends, I usually go out dancing. I don't host parties at home, but I do organize dinners when I have time. I often cook and prepare culinary events. I like to think of my home as my sanctuary. It has to be a space where all three of us feel comfortable and have no problem communicating and sharing space. If you see dirt, you clean it up without waiting for someone else to do it, and you respect other people's space and time.

Ryan, my flatmate, is from Ecuador and works in a wine bar in the city by night. We both love electronic music but we don't bring the party at home. He is very chill and we have already our balance.
