My sunny apartment in South Greenpoint is free this February while I'm traveling.

The Apartment:
It’s bright, spacious, warm and cozy. The bedroom has a big closet and dresser. There’s a bathtub, fast wifi, a steam iron, towels, hair dryer, all the basics.

Technically it’s a 2BR, but I am storing my things in the smaller room so you’ll have more space and privacy. The smaller room has large mirrored closet, and can be used as a yoga room or workspace.

Location:
One flight up and in a great spot near Graham & Engert. You’ll be:

5 min from McCarren Park

5 min from McGolrick Park

7 min to the G (Nassau)

10 min to the L (Graham)

15 min to Bedford Ave L

Neighborhood:
South Greenpoint is a sought-after area with walkable streets, boutique shops, restaurants, bars, and weekend markets in both nearby parks.
