1 bedroom: twin size bed and adjoining bathroom with shower on the first floor. If needed, the twin size bed can be exchanged with a full size bed.

A lovely backyard with a creek, and a screened-in porch to the back of the house.

The front porch has a nice seating area where you can watch the sunset.

A washing machine and dryer are available.
Heat, WiFi, and electricity are included in the rent.

Situated deep in the Catskills, Roxbury has a lot to offer, such as arts events at the Roxbury Arts Group, hiking trails, water falls, and ski resorts nearby. Every season here is simply magical! For ski lovers, the Plattekill Ski Resort and Belleayre are approximately a 15 minute drive from this house.

Nearby are the towns Margaretville and Fleischmanns.

I divide my time between NYC and Roxbury (mostly in the summer and fall).
The house was built in 1850. It has been lovingly restored over the past years and features some of the original details. It was a haven during the pandemic.
