[ Roommates and Landlord ]
• Currently, there is one roommate in the room with ensuite bathroom. He is a financial advisor in his early 30s. You might meet him during your visit to see the place or have a phone call with him if all goes well.
• The landlord lives on the ground level.
• No Washer/Dryer on site. There are multiple laundromats nearby.
• No Pets. Dogs or Cats.
• I am a tenant on the 3rd floor, helping the landlord fill the units, since the previous tenants on the 2nd floor started their moving process in June.
