Hi! We are looking for 2 new roommates! 2 different rooms opening June 1st and July 1st. Open to short but ideally longterm. Looking for someone clean, communicative and kind. Located off the JZ Gates/Halsey stops in Bushwick. This is a large 6 bedroom loft with a total of 1 adult per room plus 2 children, ages 5 and 1.5. Must love kids. Must be 25 or older. BIPOC and queer friendly. No pets or couples at this time, sorry. The bigger room is 1300, the smaller is 1200 a month, all utilities included. Rooms can be minimally furnished. 4th floor walk up. Unfinished roof access. Lots of light and chaos and love and rest as much as possible :). There are 1.5 bathrooms which is almost never an issue for us. Located at putnam ave and broadway.

My name is Ally (she/her) I’m 35, a single mom of 2 and mama boss of the apartment. I’ve lived here for 13 years and have filled the rooms all that time. All the roommates are currently she/hers ranging from ages 25-36. They are creatives in school and working and wonderful people. We generally don’t bring that party home and try to keep things as calm as possible, especially with 2 noisy little ones :)
