This perfectly located apartment is ideal for one person looking to stay in the trendy neighborhood Williamsburg (Brooklyn). My bedroom is peaceful with great sunlight, the living space and bathroom is shared with one other person, and is very spacious (in terms of NYC).

The apartment is kept tidy, trash taken out every other day or as needed. Dishes are washed after using or put in the dishwasher. The apartment is peaceful and not meant for partying but feel free to party the night away at some of the neighborhood bars and clubs.

There is laundry in building, a rooftop with beautiful sunset views, and a gym if you are looking to stay fit! Also, there is an elevator!

The apartment is close to the L (Lorimer), J/M (Hewes), G (Broadway) trains... perfecting for getting around Brooklyn and NYC. You will be in walking distance to Greenpoint and Bushwick.

Great coffee shops with in a 2 min walk (my personal fav is The West), many choices for restaurants close by (be sure to try Casa Publica, Lilia, and Modern Love) and McCarren park is a 12 min walk.

About This Lister

I am a UX designer and artist. I enjoy spending my days at the park, beach, doing yoga, hanging with friends or creating at the ceramic studio. I tend to be a neat freak and enjoy relaxing in a clean organized apartment.

My roommate is also a designer who works in freelance and travels to Europe frequently. She is social and welcoming. We sometimes cook at home but I wouldn't say we're chefs.

I have been living in Brooklyn for 8 years and 3 years in this apartment. I love the location and the vibrant energy of this neighborhood.
