I'm clean and lowkey, work in the city 3x a week and often out in the evenings seeing friends etc. I go to bed early but am not rigid about my schedule. Not really a partier/drinker, don't mind pets, down to be friends but mostly looking for a peaceful space with likeminded folks (fellow artist/film lover would be a bonus!) Will share my streaming subs and weightlifting knowledge if you're interested :)

I'm a pick-up-as-I-go person: bags and coats go on the rack when I get home, sink's cleared before I go to bed, food crumbs immediately brushed off, will help deep clean the bathroom and kitchen every weekend. But not a super neat freak about clutter in the living room, for example. I don't tend to hang out in common spaces a ton, since I'm often out writing at the library or café, and cook in an extremely basic way. So pretty easy roommate.
