I am looking for a 1-bed flat in New York starting Sep 14, I can be flexible by a few days on either side! I am looking for an apt on a month to month basis but if it's a perfect fit would be more than happy to commit to a few months contract.

I am from Scotland but have lived between London/New York for the last 10 years, I work as a Program Manager at a Design Agency and I also work in Production/Server at a bar in Greenpoint.

I am very clean and I like to keep my space tidy (I can give good references). I also like traveling a lot, trying out new restaurant's and doing new things.

My budget is 2000 PM but I can be flexible depending on the apartment. I work in Project Management so also open to the idea of supporting any business or offering house management/pet setting/plant care if that is helpful.
