Moving to Philadelphia from Los Angeles, looking for a bright, clean 1BR in a row house or small building that’s walking distance from Kelly Drive recreation spots (East Falls, Roxborough, Manyunk). Reserved parking and access to backyard space would be nice.

Looking for a lease that starts Aug 1, 2026 and goes for at least 6 months.
