Seeking a quiet furnished sublet for July 2026. I have a residency on Governors Island so would like a commute of less than 40 minutes to the ferry. Preferably near a park or other green space. Open to renting my own place or sharing with roommates. Non-smoking. Walking distance to grocery shopping. Preferably access to laundry facilities. Budget: less than $3000. I have hyperacusis, so can’t handle very loud or high-frequency noise, like from construction, road work, etc.

I’m doing my residency this summer with NYLAAT, the New York Latin American Art Triennial on Governors Island in July and August.
