I am an LA based actor who recently did a three month run in New York last winter at the Daryl Roth Theatre in the show, 44: The Musical.

We'll be coming again to New York, this time for a one-week visit with our kids, arriving on June 1st and departing on the morning of the June 8th. We were lucky enough to find a place in Peter Cooper Village (very near our daughter in Stuytown) for our 3 month Oct-Dec stay for the show, and we're hoping to find the same. But something in the general area would also work.

We are highly responsible senior citizens; clean, organized and very respectful of wherever we stay. The woman whose place we last sublet at Peter Cooper Village would be happy to provide a letter of recommendation on our behalf.

A one-bedroom apartment would be great, but a nice sized studio could easily work as well. We're just looking for something affordable, clean, uncluttered, in a nice area with a kitchen (with plates and utensils) and hopefully included laundry appliances, although this last feature is not essential.

We would also require that the resident not be a smoker or have any pets (sensitive to smoke and pet hair). Wood floors would also be preferred, and if the place is on an upper floor we would also need there to be an elevator.

We're great tenants and would leave your place as neat and clean as we found it. And if it worked out for all of us we would certainly be happy to stay again on any of our future visits.
