Greetings from Paris
I need to be in lower Manhattan for 2 weeks (June 1-15, 2026). What would be ideal would be to locate someone who needs a housesitter for those two full weeks while s/he goes out of town themselves with some travel (i.e. rent) money that I can provide in advance. I will be alone. About me: tidy writer. I need desk space, good light, wi-fi, a kitchen and a bed. I am not looking to share lodging as I'm accustomed to privacy. I would prefer to find a place that is not a high-floor walk-up. (I expect to have one heavy suitcase.) Thanks for any leads. Mitch
