I am looking for a studio apartment or 1 BR in Manhattan or nearby neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Right now, I can commit through the end of June. (When my current contract is over, though there is a probability of extension. I need WiFi access. And would love to find a place with a washer & dryer, though that’s not a necessity. I’m tidy and come with good references.
