Located in the heart of the Chelsea gallery district, on a HighLine block, my studio is large, bright, clean, private, quiet, with 12 foot ceilings, concrete floors, wifi, utility sink in room, bathrooms down the hall, all in a beautiful, friendly, well-maintained 10 story building devoted entirely to artists, galleries, and art services.

I'm offering a flexible situation for artists to sublet part of my space for work or display, for days, weeks or months at a time, when I'm not using it. My stuff stays, but can mostly be stowed out of sight if needed.

Ideal for local, out of town, or international artists or curators who need a temporary space to work or to show work. Great space for writer, photographer, illustrator, digital artist, video editing, textile, possible rehearsal space, pop-up exhibitions/installations, etc. WIll consider low-impact painter, sculptor, installation using non-toxic materials. AC available for additional fee.

I"m looking for applicants whose schedules and needs are compatible; and who are mature, reliable, responsible, considerate, cooperative, composed, and a good communicator.

Rent depends on duration and type of useage.
