Looking for a mature adult or couple to take over my fully furnished one bedroom apartment with all the amenities, including a fireplace and a private roof deck with Manhattan views. Rental period approx 7 months (there is flexibility), starting at the end of August.
$4,000 month includes utilities.
$600 deposit and 1st month at lease signing.
