My wife Alicia and I share this studio lease, and are both painters and sculptors. I am also a woodworker with a fabrication business. We are subletting because we would like to spend some time away from the city, but love this studio and want to see it inhabited by driven, kind and talented artists who need it. The landlord here is very responsive, anytime something needs fixed she has someone come quickly to assess what needs to happen. She loves renting to artists. The neighbors are all nice and most run regular hours and are not here on the weekends.
