Extraordinary opportunity to sublet this fantastic workspace for five months or longer while I travel (or shorter with 2 month minimum). I have been in this space for almost 6 years and love it so much. It’s a great studio for hosting studio visits- big expanses of wall, good work tables, everything on casters. Clean environment. Elevator bldg., freight & loading dock, secure.
My limitations:
No toxic fumes, no super messy or dusty work. I will keep 1/4 of the space for storage and will need occasional access.
Heat & electricity not included- general cost $60-$150 a month.

About This Lister

I am a multimedia artist working with textiles, drawing, painting , installation. I have upcoming residencies and travel, so it’s time to give over this space while I’m elsewhere for a spell. Might be possible to extend through the summer.
Month to month - can be for shorter than the timespan I listed with a minimum of 2 months.
Please note the photos show the space as it is currently, but it would be totally tidy and everything of mine put away into the storage area that is by the entrance.
