Also includes a separate half bath. Skylights, outdoor space, walkable neighborhood for young families. Outdoor shower, outdoor dining and lounge areas. Fully equipped kitchen filled with cookbooks. Walking distance to farmers markets and hip neighborhoods like South Berkeley, college avenue, Elmwood, Rockridge, Temescal, Bushrod Park. 10-15 minutes to UC Berkeley campus by public transit/car/bike or 30 min by foot. Driveway with available parking for one car.
