** Ideally licensed to drive, I am out of town at least once a month - if you could move my car for street sweeping and/or take me to the airport (I also have helpful friends!) - I could bring the rent down a bit :) my friends often take the car anyway to borrow and help but just in case they can't, given how often I travel !

I am very clean and organized and like to keep the place as such :))))) Especially the one shared area aka the kitchen.

I'll be in the back apartment, and I don't cook much ! Very on the run person, always busy working either at home or of the house.
