I’m in my mid-30s and work in tech, mostly from home, and this apartment has been perfect for that. It gets amazing natural light and always feels warm and comfortable. Outside of work, I love swimming (especially in the ocean — Brighton Beach is close), spending time with friends, reading, and going to concerts. I’ve lived in this apartment for 5 years and truly consider it home. It’s a very quiet, peaceful space, and I’m looking for someone who will appreciate and enjoy it the same way.
