Beautiful and light-filled, our charming Dutch colonial house is available on a weekly basis. My family owns this home which is used as a retreat and weekend house part of the year. It is lovingly appointed with artwork and carefully curated decor giving it a warm and charming ambience. We really enjoy its proximity to the town of Livingston Manor, just around the corner from main street which is home to many nice shops, the museum quality art space; Catskill Art Space, great places for coffee and breakfast, one small market with local goods and one larger grocery as well as a small but vibrant restaurant seen. The home is also right across the street from the award winning Catskill Brewery.

Perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking to enjoy the area from a very comfortable, well situated and well appointed home base. Both bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an antique wardrobe writing desk combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds side by side with open floor space and a sitting chair to enjoy.

It also has two workspaces including a home office space with large desk on the first floor right off of the dining room and a quiet writing desk looking out over the front yard on the second floor.

The backyard has a fire pit and grill to enjoy the country air. There are many nooks and crannies to find peace and seclusion including a bench seat in the enclosed entryway off the kitchen, or enjoy the porch swing on the covered porch off of the living room.
