Beautiful space with large living room, the room gets a ton of morning light and living room gets afternoon/golden hour light. Apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk up, no upstairs neighbors.

You would be sharing the apartment with just one other roommate, late 20s working professional female and her cute tiny dog. Super clean and respectful, fully remote job. The third bedroom is used as an office and can be used to host guests/as a shared space. Lots of closet space and storage.

Flexible move in date as I will be moving in with my partner, preferred move in date between November 1 and mid December. The lease runs until end of June 2026 with option to renew.
