We live on the first floor of a well-kept building on a tree-lined street. You'll have very close proximity to the subway, cute bars, and restaurants. One block from a laundromat, one block from pharmacy, with many grocery stores nearby. We have lots of plants and a record player, and share a friendly roommate atmosphere.

The room is available Nov 16-Dec 4. Dates are slightly flexible. $800 for the 2.5 weeks. Full size Casper mattress with storage in a built in closet and underneath the bed. There is also a cute bookshelf in the room.

The roommates are Nicholas - a very sweet guitarist/ composer who loves to read - and Auden - an amazingly funny and kind jack-of-all-trades who currently works in fashion.
