I’m subletting a partly furnished bedroom in a 2228 square foot furnished apartment in central Berlin (Kreuzberg), with a beautiful view over the city. The flat is on the 6th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It features a loft-style living room with a modern, open kitchen, making the common area feel bright and spacious. The large terrace is perfect for hosting summer dinners.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two female flatmates. There is one large main bathroom with a shower and bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet. A washer and dryer are included, and the rent already covers energy bills.

The building has a supermarket in the same building for quick everyday shopping, and there are excellent U8, U3, and U2 connections nearby for easy commuting around Berlin. The canal is also close by, which is great for walks, runs, and visits to the weekly farmers’ market located there. The area is known for its vibrant food, bar, and cultural scene.

Even though this is a shared apartment, the generous indoor and outdoor space makes it easy to find quiet time.
