All linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer are just across the hall. Quiet neighbors on the floor and in the building. Terrific restaurants, performance spaces, movie theaters, bookstores, yoga studios, and the stunning Fort Greene Park are just blocks away. Most NYC subway stations are within 2 blocks. Manhattan is a 5-minute train ride away. The location -- Dekalb Ave and Rockwell Place --and apartment are every New Yorker's dream. (Please note, the pics were taken last week during an evening! I promise, very light during the day!). The rental fee includes monthly housekeeping, electric and internet.
