THE SPACE: Located near the Bedford-Nostrand G and B43/52/38/44, our duplex apartment has tons of common space, including a living room on each floor, spacious kitchen, balcony, private roof, and closets for days. We also have in-unit laundry and great natural light.
THE ROOM: The available bedroom is on the upper floor. It has a massive closet and faces the rear of the building, so it is relatively quiet.

Must be clean, responsible, with proof of regular income. Seeking applicants in their 20s or 30s -- women or nb please! Looking for 1 roommate only. Unfortunately not accepting pets at this time.
You'll have to complete an application with the management company; they do accept guarantors. Management company will ask for: recent pay stubs, proof of rent payment at current residence if applicable, recent bank statements, and a credit score of at least 680.
Security deposit and first-month's rent required for move-in.
