- Sep 1 - Dec 31 lease, with the option to join a 12-month lease on Jan 1 if it’s a good fit
- $1650/month + $50–$125 utilities (total rent is $4500; will rise to $4650 on Jan 1)
- Near Nostrand 3 and President 2/5
- Apt occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a townhome. Your room and bathroom are on the lower level; two others are upstairs.

💭 What We’re Looking For

We approach our home with a shared commitment to keeping things peaceful and well cared for. We each do our part to keep the home calm, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is naturally a ‘clean-as-you-go’ person; cleaning is already part of your routine
- Takes care of shared responsibilities without needing reminders
- Communicates directly but kindly when something’s off
- Doesn’t smoke inside, but is 4/20-friendly (apartment will become smoke-free later this year when my roommate moves in with her girlfriend)
- Fits our vibe of friendly passing ships who hang out when time allows
