One bedroom apartment (furnished) for rent in Bed Stuy on the corner of Malcolm X Ave and Madison St. (off the Utica A/C and Gates J). Lots of space with a full living room, eat-in kitchen, and dining room/home office.

It's on the 2nd floor of a walk-up pre-war building. There's no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but the best laundromat I've ever been to is just down the street (and I've been to a lot of laundromats in my time).

I'm traveling for a month from April to May, so the dates are flexible / I'm open to shorter term inquiries as well.

Utilities are covered in the listed rental price if you stay for the whole month, otherwise I'd prorate it!

I'm looking for a single person or couple who is quiet, respectful of the space (and my things), and communicative. Ideally no pets, but I'm open to discussing if you're traveling with a furry friend.

I am the current tenant of this apartment and have a great relationship with my landlord and the building's broker (both of whom would be made aware of this arrangement).
