Looking for someone to sublet or finish out the rest of my lease in my Bed-Stuy apartment (lease is through July). 3 bedrooms total, 2 bathrooms, large communal living room plus an extra room we have been using as crafting space. Hardwood floors, amazing light in the common area, super chill roommates who both work in the service industry, so odds are you'll have lots of evenings to yourself.

Room itself has a queen sized bed and a huge closet with above storage. There's an additional hallway closet for shared use to hang coats/store luggage, etc. Open to leaving more/less furniture as needed.

Located on Monroe between Bedford and Nostrand, literally a 2 minute walk to the YMCA and like 5 minutes to Do or Dive, Playground, Little Genjai, Bad Luck Bar and tons of really great stuff. A/C at Nostrand and G at Bedford Nostrand are both a 10 minute walk.

There are only 3 units in the building, with this one being the top floor. The landlady lives downstairs and is an absolute sweetheart. Plus, a very adorable kitten lives in the room adjacent to this one :)
