About This Lister

The apartment is shared with a hospital researcher - he keeps regular hours and is out most of the day, making for a calm, quiet living environment. A third room is available for use as a private home office, which is a rare bonus. As for me, I travel often for work and recently locked in a rent-controlled studio, so it's sadly time to pass this gem of a room on to someone new.
