My name is Madi, I'm 29 and looking for a place in LA. Either a 1 bedroom apartment (I prefer houses) or a room for the right spot. I am open to short term subletting (3-6~ months) or renting. I'm open to a year commitment if it seems right!

I will be moving to LA with my small dog, Mochi, and my cat, Asher from BK. They are both very chill, sweet pets. I'd love to find a peaceful, quiet place to live with them.

I am interested in the East Side of LA - somewhere close to hikes, walkable, dog-friendly, and hopefully quiet. It would be great if there was a dog park nearby/park and other walkable objectives like cafes!

My price range is up to $2300.
Great amenities for me would include:

-dishwasher a plus but not necessary

If I rented a room, as a roommate I appreciate being able to co-exist with my roommates and communicate. I enjoy spending time by myself but also hanging out from time to time.

I currently work at a rock climbing gym and am looking to go west for more nature access as well as potentially pursue a Master's/figure out my next move.
