Hey, all!

My name is Daniel! I'm a born-and-raised New Yorker, a former Educator turned Business Consultant turned full-time Teaching Artist /Musician, and I'm 32-years old.

I was recently accepted into a 9-month long music-production intensive/mentorship program in Santa Monica and I am in the midst of planning my big move from the east coast out west.

The program is set to start on September 15, 2025 and end on June 4 2026 so I'm looking for a place for the entirety of that time.

I'll be working every day from 9 am - 6 pm every Mon - Thurs, with Fri - Sun as days to recharge and I would love a room with WiFi and enough room for a few instruments - in an ideal world, would love to rent out a small casita to myself!

I've had great luck subletting from folks on the Listings Project during past visits to California and thought it'd be worth it to post an ad! Happy to provide links, references, etc. and whatever else is needed. Cheers!
