This is a large furnished 1 bedroom in a new waterfront building. Beautiful views of the skyline and east river, close to all great restaurants in Greenpoint, and a short walk to the G train.

Please note: no pets and no smoking of any kind allowed (including vapes), building rules are strict.

Washer and dryer are available in the building, central heat and a/c controlled by thermostat. Elevator building. No gym or roof access.

Minimum 2-months preferred.
Preference is given to those who can stay the full period.
